Torrance County Emergency Management Civilian Volunteer Association

Torrance County Emergency Management is currently accepting applications for volunteers through our Civilian Volunteer Association.  Volunteers will primarily be requested to assist in setting up shelters during inclement weather that closes main roads, leaving motorists stranded, or in the event of a fire requiring evacuation.  Volunteers also have the potential to be requested as support staff during search and rescue or any other events requiring assistance from the Office of Emergency Management. Printable Application - print, complete and sign the application and send to: Emergency Management; P.O. Box 48, Estancia, NM  87016 or put in the Emergency Management box located in the lobby of the Manager's Office at the Administration Building at 205 S. Ninth Street in Estancia, NM.
