The Homestead Estates Homeowner’s Association is aggrieved by the decision of the Torrance County Planning & Zoning Board to approve a Variance for a side Setback of less than 15 feet. The special meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Torrance County Administrative building at 205 S. 9th Street Estancia. The subject property is located at 45 Carl Cannon Rd. being described as Lot 14, Block 7, Unit 1 of the Homestead Estates Subdivision, Torrance County, NM.
